the male is Kristof Cale who had a past scene with Nesty.

she was the first girl that comes in my mind and second was Angel Rivas... but i compared both imho the "cameo" girl is neither of the two...

I made this collage picture with Tyra Moon aka Athina so you can check by yourself... i made no Angel Rivas collage because she doesn't fit at all:

thank you very much LilyRaderFAN, that was above and beyond to go out of your way and include images and comparisons with freckles and ear piercings, I did the same without the great effort you put in and had your doubts also when done.

All I can add is my request went extra heavy on the makeup that day, the white studs in ear in earlier scenes made me think Tyra Moon.

Babes twitter would not respond, Nesty wrote she was not a pornstar model or could not say which could mean anything beyond the obvious Tyra Moon would not like that or perhaps babes.com also.

Re-booted Angel Rivas was also under someone I considered. Checked male in the scene Krisfof Kale twitter and IAFD and could not find a good match despite his scenes with Nesty who was a cameo extra also.

I just don't know.
